Elektra installed 12 solar panels on my slate roof coupled with a Tesla Powerwall battery and a Zappi car charger. I was very impressed with their professional approach throughout the process. Unlike some solar installers who work initially from aerial photography, an Elektra representative came to the house to assess suitability, measure-up, and discuss the options giving me a good feel for the work to be done. A detailed report followed with details of the costs, equipment, layout, and payback period. I had a hiccup of a couple of months due to a covenant on the house which needed clarifying, and they were most understanding about the delay and, in fact, put in train some paperwork so the project could rapidly go ahead once the planning issue was resolved. From this point, progress was fast with a succession of scaffolders, roofers (to fit the panels), and finally the electricians to do the wiring and fit the battery and car charger. All the staff involved were friendly, very competent, and readily consulted me about exact locations for the charger and wire runs, etc. I am very happy with the work and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I researched businesses to install a solar array, batteries and inverter. A company who could undertake the plethora of paperwork to achieve our aims to utilise solar from an environmental perspective but also reduce our monthly energy costs.

Along with the installation team, the solar panel installers, electricians and Mike at the office we’ve had great service. At the moment we’re still learning to maximise our income and each time I write and ask a question Uri is on the phone with an answer.
This isn’t an “install & run” business. They care, they want the customer to be happy and get a good experience. To my mind this is a business with a future and will be around when I need my next upgrade.

Dealing with the Company was a pleasure. Everyday it was kept tidy and when they said they were coming they would come. They were extremely careful in everything they did. They did a very very neat job. We had 24 Solar panels on the roof and a Solar Storage battery. I can thoroughly recommend Elektra Smart Energy.

As a community hub, energy conservation is an important consideration for the Hall management committee and a major financial investment. In exploring our options with a number of suppliers, we found Elektra Smart Energy gave us the best advice, explaining the installation in terms we could understand. They took the time to ensure their proposal met our needs and patiently waited for our decision. The installation was scheduled during a quieter time resulting in minimum disruption. The follow up support has been fantastic, nothing is too much trouble.
The savings on our energy consumption have so far exceeded our expectations and we are very pleased with our choice. The installation, overseen by Mike, was smooth and efficient and the house appearance seemed little changed . We like the fact Elektra is local and we can contact them easily should there be any problems down the road.

Even after completion of the installation, they have been there advising if requested. 100% recommendation for this company in every aspect.
A big thank you to Uri and the team at Elektra on a job well done. from conception to completion all ran smoothly Uri went that extra mile to find the right fixings for our roof. Been installed for just over a Month now and has reduced our carbon footprint buy 797kg and our electricity yield is now over 1.13Mwh impressive in this dull weather. I couldn’t recommend ELEKTRA Smart Energy enough. ELEKTRA came out on top for me due to their friendly approach, competitive quote and attention to detail. All the staff and installation engineers were great and any changes needed along the way (either on their side or my side) were discussed as to the best option for my situation. The aftercare and friendly approach from all the staff at ELEKTRA was also second to none and their knowledge in this growing field combined with their ability to work with the clients needs is superb (they are not just trying to sell you a system you may not need, like other nationwide companies might). I would highly recommend ELEKTRA Smart Energy if you are looking for a Solar PV and/or battery system install.
