Elektra installed 12 solar panels on my slate roof coupled with a Tesla Powerwall battery and a Zappi car charger. I was very impressed with their professional approach throughout the process. Unlike some solar installers who work initially from aerial photography, an Elektra representative came to the house to assess suitability, measure-up, and discuss the options giving me a good feel for the work to be done. A detailed report followed with details of the costs, equipment, layout, and payback period. I had a hiccup of a couple of months due to a covenant on the house which needed clarifying, and they were most understanding about the delay and, in fact, put in train some paperwork so the project could rapidly go ahead once the planning issue was resolved. From this point, progress was fast with a succession of scaffolders, roofers (to fit the panels), and finally the electricians to do the wiring and fit the battery and car charger. All the staff involved were friendly, very competent, and readily consulted me about exact locations for the charger and wire runs, etc. I am very happy with the work and would certainly recommend them to anyone.
